This spectacular home renovation in Greenwood Village was a labor of love for the designer team of Mike & Jacque. They were inspired by the beautiful nature that surrounds this home. It’s like country living in the heart of the city of Denver. It reflects a contemporary transitional style throughout the home.
Greenwood Village Kitchen Renovation
The first thing you’ll notice in this room is the contrast of the black cabinetry and 2-tone quiet custom Vent-A-Hood and the double waterfall white quartzite island countertop.
The original kitchen was tight and uncomfortable, our designers were able to take that space and make it into a wonderful open area with the addition of a large patio access door. This kitchen has won Kitchen of the Year and Best Room in American design awards from BALA (Best in American Living). It also won the 2020 “The Fabulous List” in Colorado Homes Magazine.
Eating Spaces in the Kitchen
This kitchen space has two eating spaces, island seating and a breakfast nook that take both advantage of the beautiful yard and patio beyond.
This wine fridge, glass-fronted black bar glass cupboards with brass toned hardware plus the Bosch double oven set off this unique two-toned kitchen.
Beside the Bosch double oven you’ll see two large appliance garages and the large bank of cabinets and drawers for the ultimate in storage and kitchen organization.
The hardware throughout the kitchen is Swagger Pull – Modern Bronze by Berenson.
This Tournant™ Single-handle semi-professional kitchen sink faucet by Kohler sets off the mitered edge double waterfall Quartzite in White Macaubus center island. The sink is Blanco Silgranite, under-mount, double-bowl in Truffle.
These cabinets are Encore Frameless by Crystal. Black Painted Lanesboro Doors set off the White Macaubus Slab countertops and backsplash. The contrasting Crystal Cabinets are painted Maple wood painted grey with VanDyke Brown brushing.
This stove is one of the most stunning features of this Greenwood Village home renovation with the 2-tone quiet custom Vent-A-Hood, Wolf gas red knob stovetop with surrounding black drawers.
