From that moment on Christine, patiently, listened to our wants and needs for our very 1st kitchen remodel. She walked us through design, style and price and relieved any pressure of how ominous the task might be. Christine’s cool composure really allowed us to explore many options before settling on a style and design that fit us! Our kitchen works great! And looks wonderful! Your plan has served us well. And I appreciate that you answered my Many questions during the process before we made final decisions. You always respond so fast. We needed advice and choices which we got from Paul at JM Kitchen and Bath. He brought really fresh ideas to our kitchen remodel. And work happened in a timely manner. All questions were considered and answered. Our remodeled kitchen not only looks nice but functions well, which is super important. Problem solving on the job was handled well. Our new kitchen makes us happy. Installation was wonderful. The guys really knew their stuff! And were pleasant to have on the job. Please pass along compliments. I loved working with Taylor!! My full kitchen remodel turned out better than I could have imagined. Taylor was wonderful to work with— the design/layout she came up with turned out amazing and I could have never done this without her. Taylor was able to recommend a contractor who she trusts and who has helped her with a lot of her projects— someone who I highly recommend as well, and all costs came in right on budget/what was quoted to me by both Taylor and the contractor (very fair pricing— better than everyone else I received quotes from). Being able to work with Taylor and her recommended contractor made the project flow seamlessly and we never ran into any hiccups— which I never knew could actually be possible when going through a renovation. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else!

We were connected to Jacque through our contractor for our kitchen renovation. This was our first major house renovation and Jacque was incredibly helpful in advising us through the process! Over the past few years I have had the pleasure of working with your firm and your talented designer, Paul Preister. I met Paul through a mutual friend whose kitchen your firm remodeled with Paul’s design expertise and direction. The moment I walked into that kitchen, I knew I had found the person who could help me execute my client’s dreams. Paul is extremely creative and knowledgeable, as well as proactive, on-the-job and personable. I can’t say enough good things about Paul, my clients feel the same.

Now it is my turn for a kitchen and bath remodel and of course I turned to Paul. He took my drawings and ideas and turned them into a 10 page detailed budget, 40 pages of detailed drawings and work orders for the general contractor and 75 ages of product specifications. As all of our dream projects cost more than we like, he has worked endlessly to help me revise to find ways to save. I know he will be right there with me every step of the way during the remodel and will follow through with “issues” that come up on the job.

We could not be more pleased with the work done by Alana! Our original kitchen setup had yellowish looking cabinets with an odd built-in pantry, and the oddest most unusable Island you can imagine. Though we had a lot of cabinets, there were a lot of things that kept them from being super usable. Alana was able to help me figure out how I use my kitchen and what things I needed to store. She came up with a great setup as well as the perfect cabinets that fit with our lifestyle! And then she helped us design an island that was perfect for our family of six! We love everything about our kitchen and get all kinds of compliments now when people come into our home! Not to mention the fact that all of our cabinets are way more suited to our daily needs and allow us to host lots of people if we want to without it feeling as congested.

Julie Mann with JM Kitchen & Bath is a knowledgeable and professional resource in the industry. From the first consultation, she asked a lot of questions and offered detailed advice about design and functionality, which was incredibly useful because we were gutting our new (to us) home and starting over with a kitchen from scratch. What I really appreciated about working with her is that she is so helpful and friendly, quick to respond to my questions in all modes of communication, and consistently offered suggestions that would accommodate me, going out of her way to communicate thoroughly regarding products and processes and timeframes. I didn’t have to worry about anything related to the kitchen, which was a tremendous relief, considering how much work we were completing with the rest of the house. Neal is exactly the kind of person you want to work with when designing cabinets: he’s incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We cannot imagine our kitchen without Neal’s counsel. He took our kitchen from being something nice our architect laid out to being absolutely perfect for us. His attention to detail and eye for design aligned with what we wanted and needed before we even knew it’s what we wanted or needed.

We were fairly cost conscious. Knowing that, Neal nudged us to spend money in some pretty key places (a couple banks of drawers, finishing touches on the right cabinets) without advising us to go overboard in areas that didn’t need it. We are thrilled with the result, both in the cabinets and in our bank account.

We hired Brittany Bruno with JM Kitchen and Bath to help us create design renderings for an 1904 Old Victorian home that we are completely remodeling. She created the design plans for the kitchen and all bathrooms. We ordered all custom cabinets with this company for this project. She helped us implement great ideas to include what type of countertops would be best and gave us some design ideas for the tile work. She was professional, attentive to our needs and ensured that we stayed within in budget for this special project. We highly recommend this company and ask for Brittany Bruno for she has an eye for design and the designs she provided us were absolutely perfect.
