When we didn’t know where to start in updating/remodeling bathrooms in our 40 year old house, Christine Coleman at JM Design had wonderful design ideas and gave us options and guidance all along the way. Over the past few years I have had the pleasure of working with your firm and your talented designer, Paul Preister. I met Paul through a mutual friend whose kitchen your firm remodeled with Paul’s design expertise and direction. The moment I walked into that kitchen, I knew I had found the person who could help me execute my client’s dreams. Paul is extremely creative and knowledgeable, as well as proactive, on-the-job and personable. I can’t say enough good things about Paul, my clients feel the same.

Now it is my turn for a kitchen and bath remodel and of course I turned to Paul. He took my drawings and ideas and turned them into a 10 page detailed budget, 40 pages of detailed drawings and work orders for the general contractor and 75 ages of product specifications. As all of our dream projects cost more than we like, he has worked endlessly to help me revise to find ways to save. I know he will be right there with me every step of the way during the remodel and will follow through with “issues” that come up on the job.

We hired Brittany Bruno with JM Kitchen and Bath to help us create design renderings for an 1904 Old Victorian home that we are completely remodeling. She created the design plans for the kitchen and all bathrooms. We ordered all custom cabinets with this company for this project. She helped us implement great ideas to include what type of countertops would be best and gave us some design ideas for the tile work. She was professional, attentive to our needs and ensured that we stayed within in budget for this special project. We highly recommend this company and ask for Brittany Bruno for she has an eye for design and the designs she provided us were absolutely perfect.

It was a joy working with Taylor to design our kitchen and baths. She guided the decision process so we would come up with a result that met our personal style. We are thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend Taylor. We’ll work with her the next time we remodel.

It’s been a few months since our Kitchen & Bar renovation was completed and Dan and I are still smiling as we enter our new kitchen. The overall design, layout, functionality and aesthetics are wonderful and we couldn’t be happier. We have received many compliments on the beautiful kitchen remodel. Our project was particularly challenging in terms of layout and functionality. What we needed was a fresh, creative approach to a very standard kitchen to a wow design within a budget. What a fabulous find in Arvada. A beautiful showroom and I couldn’t be happier with the Quartz we had installed. Add to that a wonderful designer Colbea Chamberlain who came out and saw my kitchen. Her suggestion of using the same Quartz as a backsplash turned out so well. Along with that the installers were professional and did a “seamless” job.

We could not be more pleased with the work done by Alana! Our original kitchen setup had yellowish looking cabinets with an odd built-in pantry, and the oddest most unusable Island you can imagine. Though we had a lot of cabinets, there were a lot of things that kept them from being super usable. Alana was able to help me figure out how I use my kitchen and what things I needed to store. She came up with a great setup as well as the perfect cabinets that fit with our lifestyle! And then she helped us design an island that was perfect for our family of six! We love everything about our kitchen and get all kinds of compliments now when people come into our home! Not to mention the fact that all of our cabinets are way more suited to our daily needs and allow us to host lots of people if we want to without it feeling as congested.

Julie Mann with JM Kitchen & Bath is a knowledgeable and professional resource in the industry. From the first consultation, she asked a lot of questions and offered detailed advice about design and functionality, which was incredibly useful because we were gutting our new (to us) home and starting over with a kitchen from scratch. What I really appreciated about working with her is that she is so helpful and friendly, quick to respond to my questions in all modes of communication, and consistently offered suggestions that would accommodate me, going out of her way to communicate thoroughly regarding products and processes and timeframes. I didn’t have to worry about anything related to the kitchen, which was a tremendous relief, considering how much work we were completing with the rest of the house.
