I recently did a kitchen remodel with Alana at the Colorado Springs showroom. It started with getting new wood floors in, so I thought it was time to update the island and that changed into a reworking of my lower cabinets and a huge new island. What I appreciated about Alana was she had a lot of patience with me and was always prompt in her response time. The new kitchen has much better flow and functionality. I love everything about it and can’t think of anything I would have changed. It’s everything I hoped it would be!

We walked into JM kitchen in Arvada to get countertop ideas for a kitchen “refresh”. Colbea spent time explaining the process and offering both tips and insight on many details we had not considered. We hired JM Kitchen with Colbea as our designer. Colbea was wonderful, she worked with us on costs, scheduling and coordinating and of course design and picking out materials. She really listened to us during the process and pulled together some great ideas/design. JM Kitchen, Colbea & the vendors they use for fabrication, plumbing fixtures and tile were all top notch and professional. The process was smooth and Colbea was there every step. I will use them on my next project.

Taylor did a great job designing our kitchen remodel. She listened to what we were looking for and without judgment, pointed us in the right direction. Most importantly, when a couple things went sideways during the install, she stayed with us and made everything “right”. If we were to do it again, we would definitely hire her again. We feel It’s critically important to know you have someone that will stay with you to the end and make sure things are done correctly. Luckily we found that person in Taylor. From that moment on Christine, patiently, listened to our wants and needs for our very 1st kitchen remodel. She walked us through design, style and price and relieved any pressure of how ominous the task might be. Christine’s cool composure really allowed us to explore many options before settling on a style and design that fit us! I think the real test of a kitchen remodel is the customer’s level of satisfaction several months after the “shine” has worn off. And I have to say that several months later, I absolutely still LOVE MY KITCHEN!! Mike and Jacque took me through every step of the process and were there to take care of the details. I really appreciated their input and guidance and also their ability to ‘tease out’ the features and characteristics I wanted in my new kitchen. We updated nearly everything – countertops, cabinets, most appliances, sinks and made updates to the powder room and family room to match the new kitchen look and feel. We also went with their recommended contractor. They started AND FINISHED on time and paid attention to every detail. I will use them again and again on my next remodel project. They are delightful to work with! Thank you!

Brittany was exceptional at quizzing me on my needs. Before long, she had amazing rendering of just what I was dreaming of! Talking to her about a few things I thought were missing was actually a delightful conversation. By the next day she had all those detail integrated into the design. All I had to do was put half the money down and everything else happened like clockwork. I absolutely love my new room. I now have her working on two other projects for me. The value she provides is incredible. So happy I found this company.

Neal is exactly the kind of person you want to work with when designing cabinets: he’s incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We cannot imagine our kitchen without Neal’s counsel. He took our kitchen from being something nice our architect laid out to being absolutely perfect for us. His attention to detail and eye for design aligned with what we wanted and needed before we even knew it’s what we wanted or needed.

We were fairly cost conscious. Knowing that, Neal nudged us to spend money in some pretty key places (a couple banks of drawers, finishing touches on the right cabinets) without advising us to go overboard in areas that didn’t need it. We are thrilled with the result, both in the cabinets and in our bank account.

Alana Farr was fantastic to work with. She was fully engaged and professional throughout the process. She was quick to address issues and answered all questions to our satisfaction. She did an amazing job of redesigning our kitchen. It turned out exactly as we imagined when we started the process. Thank you, Alana. We love our kitchen.

The thing that separated JM Kitchens from the rest of the companies we interviewed was you. You are very knowledgeable about your product and very professional; you instill a level of confidence in the potential client that other companies couldn’t do. You listened to our requests, and when you knew we were “off base” on what we wanted, you diplomatically explained why it wouldn’t work but offered fabulous compromises. Even though our contract is signed, you are still very attentive and prompt to return emails and phone calls to answer questions. JM advertises “personal professional project management”, you epitomize that claim. The Omega cabinets are far superior to any other products we looked at, the selection is wonderful, and the price very comparable. We are very satisfied with our decision to have JM remodel our kitchen, and we feel lucky to have you involved in our project.
